This Privacy Policy explains how Top Point International (hereinafter “Top Point”, “we”, “us”) collects and processes personal data via the website top‑point.org (the “Site”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and follows recommended guidelines that require clear information about the identity of the controller, purposes of processing, lawful bases, recipients, retention periods and data subject rightsgdpr.eu.

2.1 Data you provide
When you interact with our Site, you may provide:

- IP address, device and browser information – collected by analytics services to generate aggregated statistics and maintain security.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (sensitive data) and do not use automated decision‑making or profiling.
3. How we collect data
We collect data when you:
- Book a free diagnostic session via our Tally.so form. The form asks for your name, company, email, phone (optional), focus area(s) and an optional description of your situationtally.so. You must agree to the processing of your personal data and to receiving information from Top Point before submittingtally.so.
- Start a dialogue via a contact form. This form collects similar information to the diagnostic session form.
- Contact us via email or telephone using the details provided on the Site.
- Browse the Site, where cookies and scripts collect anonymised usage dataalbimarketing.com.
Our Site contains links to external websites (e.g. Tally.so, Typeform.com, LinkedIn, partners’ websites). Our Privacy Policy applies only to our Site; when you click external links, you should read their own policiesgdpr.eu.
4. Purposes of processing and legal bases
GDPR requires that we explain why we process your data and on what legal basisgdpr.eu. Instead of a table, below we describe each purpose and its legal basis in plain text:
- Responding to enquiries and scheduling sessions – We use your contact details to provide information about our services, arrange free sessions or consultations and answer your questions. We rely on consent because you provide this data voluntarily via our forms. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
- Providing services and preparing contracts – Should you engage us for consulting or workshops, we will use your data to prepare proposals, draw up contracts and deliver the agreed services. The legal basis is performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Marketing – With your explicit consent we may send you newsletters or information about future events and services. You are free to opt out at any time, and withdrawing consent will not affect any processing carried out before your withdrawal.
- Analytics and website improvement – We use aggregated statistics from cookies to understand how visitors use our Site and to improve its design and performancealbimarketing.com. We rely on our legitimate interest(Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in improving and securing the Site.

- Service providers: We use Tally.so to host our forms; Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics to collect website statistics; email service providers; and IT hosting providers. These processors act on our instructions and are bound by confidentiality.
- Partner companies: If you engage in a joint programme (e.g. with Albimarketing Oy), we may share relevant data with the partner to fulfil your request. We will inform you when such sharing occurs.
Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In those cases we ensure an appropriate level of protection through adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other suitable safeguards.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described:
- Form data – retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction unless a contract is signed; then retained during the contract and legal limitation periods.
- Marketing data – retained until you withdraw your consent.

After these periods we securely delete or anonymise the data.
